The sport of obstacle course racing has grown in to one of the most popular weekend activates for all year long. It’s a fun way to stay in shape while testing your skills both physically and mentally. During the 8 weeks of this workshop, you will be introduced to the exhilarating events and will be provided with details on races for every level. You will develop the speed and strength you will need to crush any obstacle. Using obstacle-specific exercise and training techniques, you will be ready to dominate every course and celebrate as you cross the finish line.

  • Childcare for children 6 and under is available.
  • Additional members on household account should reside in household. Friends and relatives outside of your household must create a separate account for registration.
  • A $20 fee will apply for each refunded or changed registrations.
